Additional Ingredients

2 pkg Burton Salts in Mash 1 tsp Irish Moss in boil (15 min)

Wyeast - London Ale Yeast

Process Details

  • Mash at 153°F.
  • Sparge with eight gallons 170°F water, collecting 12 gallons of wort.
  • Add Burton Water Salts.
  • Boil 60 minutes and steep Brambling Cross at end of boil.
