All temperature measurements are degrees Fahrenheit.
Add 6 oz crushed pecans last 30 min of boil
Add 1 tsp irish moss and 1 tsp yeast nutrient last 15 min of boil
Ferment 7 days, rack to secondary and add maple syrup and 3 oz crushed pecans.
