Mash at 152°°F for 60 min
Fermentation Details
Add honey in secondary. After the secondary is finished, rack to a tertiary fermenter and Dry Hop, adding 3 crushed cloves, 3 cinnamon sticks, 2 crushed nutmegs, and 2 crushed cardamom pods to the hop sock. Steep for 7 days.
